Welcome to New House Art Space & Davies-Gilder Gallery. The community art space was originally earmarked for demolition; but in late 2021 the team behind The Boileroom transformed the building to accommodate twenty artist studios; a reception area that’s now home to the delectable Koja Coffee shop; and the Davies-Gilder gallery and event space.

Our ethos is to create an inspiring & inclusive space for all to be creative and grow their artistic disciplines and businesses.
