Award-winning, saxophonist Tony Kofi teams up with The Organisation, featuring Liam Dunachie on Hammond organ, Tristan Mailliot on drums, and Simon Fernsby on guitar. The Organisation combines bluesy soul jazz with their knowledge of the more modern post-bop side of the repertoire (as typified by Woody Shaw's Moontrane), which works perfectly with Tony's approach to the sax.  The band performs a hard-hitting selection of tunes in blues, jazz, and funk idioms, including tunes by Pat Martino, Joe Henderson, Joe Sample, and others.
