Stan Getz and Cal Tjader had an especially successful partnership in the late 1950s, leading an all-star sextet including Scott La Faro, Vince Guaraldi, Eddie Duran and Billy Higgins. The sextet led by tenor player Mark Crooks and vibraphonist Nat Steele celebrates this collaboration, playing selections from their 1958 album. They also perform standard and originals by Tjader and Guaraldi. With guitarist Colin Oxley, bassist Lorenzo Morabito, pianist Matyas Gayer and drummer Mark Taylor.
