Celebrating it’s ten year anniversary, Pint of Science returns to Guildford. Pint of Science is a worldwide science festival which brings researchers to your local pub/cafe/space to share their scientific discoveries with you.

Once again University of Surrey researchers will be venturing out to Guildford venues to explain their research over a pint (or other beverage). This year 23 Surrey academics will be giving 17 talks in 2 venues over 3 nights. We’re covering all the bases with this years talks ranging from Artificial Intelligence to Sustainability. We’ll be answering important scientific questions such as “An Act of Dog: what’s lurking in your salad?” and "The human brain and AI - What makes them so different?". Join in the fun and hopefully learn something new along the way!
