
How to submit an event
Anyone who is running an arts event in the Guildford area, say within 10 miles of Guildford may submit an event, this is no longer restricted to members. The event will appear as a thumbnail image on the Home page of this site and the image will be linked to a post page.
To submit an event please send an email with the title “New GA Event – <date>” to ga-admin@guildfordarts.org with the following:
- An A4 or A5 PORTRAIT image of the event flyer as a .jpg file (this is ESSENTIAL).
- The start and end dates of the event and the times when the event is open.
- The address of the event including the postcode.
- The web address where additional information may be obtained
- Any further information that you would like included in the post, such as price, contacts etc. This will simply be copied into the post.
