Conceptually she draws on man\u2019s complex relationship with nature and merges these ideas with the qualities and limits of the material.  Recent works look at theories of light and gravity as presented by physicists and how these affect our perception of natural forces.<\/p>\n<p>Glass allows her to work with elasticity, transparency and light in expressing the energy present in constructed form.  Often she leaves an aspect of the work to \u2018finish itself\u2019 in the kiln thus retaining a sense of spontaneity.
