Eimear Nicholls is a Textile Designer and Artist based in the vibrant craft town of Farnham, Surrey. Originally from Ireland, Eimear graduated with a B.A in Textile Design at Dublin’s National College of Art and Design. When she left Dublin for London, she started her career designing for an industry-leading textile design studio. She has worked in this fabric design industry for the past 20 years, designing prints for the fast paced global fashion and home textile market.  Using an array of mixed media, watercolour, inks and gouache, Eimear has developed her own unique style of floral artwork that captures the elegance of nature and brings it into the home.

PENNY BAKER-REMNANT BA Hons LRPS

Penny is a photographer and textile artist based in North East Hampshire. She has always collected things that fascinate like found objects that appear everywhere; found treasures! These can be old, broken, man or nature made; they all have different kinds of beauty. The first challenge is to see how they work together, be attached to a backing and then displayed. She uses unexpected and unconventional materials and with her textile background tying, knotting and stitching play a big part, as there are often awkward shapes involved, while a line of thread brings another element. The object is to turn mundane items into objects of desire and attraction.
